Yeah ConMan, we drank the Kool-Aid and our team has let us down.  We'll get it straightened out but the Big East must have been grossly overrated or we were very lucky.

You're talking about one sportswriter who agrees with you. You're talking Parrish's word to be like the Bible. Looking at the AP polls and the Coaches' Poll, there are obviously some people who eat, sleep, and breath basketball who have the same misunderstood thought process as me and there is no hope for them. Go ahead and say that if you want, that D-I coaches and a bunch of other AP writers are completely and utterly incompetent and have no idea about basketball. If you say that, you're just ridiculous.

You're talking about one sportswriter that agrees with you. I'm talking about coaches and AP writers across the nation that agree with me. How can you then say that I have completely misunderstood thought process and that there is no hope for me. Because obviously, there were hundreds of other professionals (coaches, writers, broadcasters, etc) with my same thought process. Don't act like I'm the only one out there who is thinking this way. People who are being paid to eat, breath, and sleep basketball are saying the same thing as me. Hmmmmmm.....
I understand what Parrish is saying about Pitt being ahead of Tenn (so don't get your panties in a knot too fast, I'm sympathizing with you here). But UCF beat Florida, but no one is going to put UCF ahead of Florida (at the time immediately following the defeat, of course it's different now)es. I think that's the thought process that some writers used in this case. Not saying it's necessarily the best (because I do believe that Pitt should be behind Tenn, because like I said earlier, they aren't that great). But I was just explaining others' rationale behind it. So before you start freaking out and run your mouth about Pitt being ahead of Tennessee, be a little understanding and say "Hey, a little incompetence, but I understand what you're saying Mr. AP Writer."

Hey ConMan.... how about you check this article out by Gary Parrish.  If you can honestly read what he's written and come back here and still talk junk then I feel extremely sorry for you.  My best advice is for you to take up a hobby like cooking, sewing, painting, or eating cause if you can't comprehend how completely misunderstood your thought process was then there's really no hope for you.

P.S. GO VOLS!

AP poll just came out. So, sports writers who are paid to sit and study basketball all day put Tennessee at #7....

Yes I will call the coaches ignorant as well. I am not saying they are ignornt about the gamer of basketball but ignorant about the teams around the country. The coaches can't be well informed because all they have time for is their team and preparing for their next opponent. It is not an insult to be called ignorant. I am so ignorant about polotics and many other things.
