Report: Rutgers' Rosario headed to Florida
Posted on: April 18, 2010 1:48 pm
Former Rutgers guard Mike Rosario has committed to transfer to Florida, Scout.com's Dave Telep reported Sunday.
"He’s committed," a source told Telep. "It’s done. He’s a Gator -- 100 percent committed."
Rosario averaged 16.7 points this past season for the Scarlett Knights.
The 6-foot-3 guard will miss next season per NCAA transfer rules before playing in 2011-12, at which point he'll be set to join Brad Beal, a 6-4 guard rated as the nation's fourth best prospect in the Class of 2011 by MaxPreps.com. Beal has already committed to Florida.

Report: Rutgers' Rosario headed to Florida Good call since Rosario has to sit out next year and won't be wearing a Gator uniform. It's also a good call because Rivers is class of 2011. Quit wasting my time, smarta$$. |

Report: Rutgers' Rosario headed to FloridaDon't get to excited Gator fans, his numbers will drop big time at UF when he's playing with other scorers. Anyone who gets locked down by Providence doesn't deserve to much attention for transfering. I think his best bet was to stay at Rutgers. |

Report: Rutgers' Rosario headed to Florida
I find it highly unlikely that he will be wearing a Gators uniform alongside Rosario next year. Good call since Rosario has to sit out next year and won't be wearing a Gator uniform. |

Report: Rutgers' Rosario headed to FloridaAre you insane???!!!! Obviously he would have waited if he could play next year but he can not!! plain and simple rules that have nothing to do with if or when coach gets fired.
And also Rivers is not gonna be a Gator, at elast highly unlikely now that Duke has won him over. |

Report: Rutgers' Rosario headed to FloridaI think the Rosario transfer came to pass precisely because Rivers decided to reopen his recruitment. I find it highly unlikely that he will be wearing a Gators uniform alongside Rosario next year.

Report: Rutgers' Rosario headed to Floridawhy didn't he wait?? now he has to sit out a year. if he wouldve waited a few more weeks he hill might've been fired by then and therefore rosario possibly wouldve been able to play next year
