CLEVELAND -- Georgia Tech sophomore Iman Shumpert has become my favorite college basketball player on Twitter.
He's consistently off the wall and random and funny.
I featured him earlier this week.
The Tweet that caught my attention read simply "I love when girls lik girls."
(How could that not catch my attention?)
Honestly, I was a little confused about whether Shumpert meant that he loves when girls lick girls or when girls like girls, but I figured it worked either way. Still, I was compelled to ask about it when I saw him at the LeBron James Skills Academy. And when I did what I learned is that he was merely watching TV the other night when a commercial came on that featured the line "I love when girls like girls."
Thus, he Tweeted it.
He thought it was funny.
But I would like the record to show that Iman Shumpert is not publicly for or against when "girls lik girls." He was simply quoting a funny commercial, and who doesn't enjoy funny commercials?
