Notable game from Monday: Oklahoma snapped a six-game losing streak to Texas by beating the Longhorns 78-63 at the Lloyd Noble Center. Blake Griffin finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead the sixth-ranked Sooners. It was his 14th double-double of the season and an effort good enough to launch OU to the top of the Big 12 standings with a 16-1 record that includes a 2-0 mark in the league. No. 11 Texas is 12-4 overall, 1-1 in the league. The rematch is Feb. 21 at Texas.
Notable performance from Monday: Terrence Williams took 20 shots, made 10 and finished with 24 points, 16 rebounds, eight assists and three steals in No. 20 Louisville's 87-73 overtime victory against No. 12 Notre Dame at Freedom Hall. It was Williams' second consecutive double-double. He's helped the Cards win four straight games heading into Saturday's showdown with top-ranked Pittsburgh.
